Open Call for Performers

We are currently looking for performers who want to come and show off their craft at our Holiday Bazaar. Approval of your application for performance will not include monetary compensation but will include the following:

  1. Your booth fee will be covered by us. Your booth will be your anchor point for the day (tables and chairs not provided). If you are a wandering performer, you can take breaks at your table when needed. You may display any signage promoting your performance business, as well as business cards and other promotional materials.

  2. Performers with a stage show will be given free stage time. Your stage time will be included on the Day’s Events schedule, posted on our website, and up on our social media.

  3. You will be allowed to collect tips for all performances. You may place a tip jar on stage during your performance, carry it with you while wandering, and have it up at your table.

  4. You will be allowed to solicit for your performance business. You may hand out business cards while wandering, let people know that you are available to hire, and direct them to follow up with you for more details. You will also be allowed to make these announcements as a part of your show and have promotional materials with the stage during your performance.

  5. You will be given priority placement in our social media campaigns. We will use promotional images and description you provide to announce your participation and help push the event.

  6. Performances must be indoor appropriate.

  7. We are open to all performers.

  8. If you have not been a part of or accepted to a previous Wizards and Lizards event, please be sure to attach at least 1-3 short videos of pieces of your performance.

    As a note, all performances must be done for event goers free of charge. Though, again, you may make clear that you are working for tips.
